Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data analysis and reporting for Agile initiatives
• Design and maintain data pipelines, perform advanced analytics, and ensure data integrity
• Support integration of health IT systems and provide actionable insights to program leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, health informatics, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis or health informatics
• At least 5 years of experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability
• Expertise in data visualization tools, ETL processes, and clinical systems
• Strong background in SQL, Python/R, and data governance for HIPAA-compliant environments
