Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Lead who will drive strategic initiatives within the Personal Lines Property organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between business leaders and technical partners to align reporting and insights with enterprise goals
• Prioritize and coordinate analytical efforts across initiatives and influence data-driven strategies for growth and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
