Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a fully remote Lead Data Analyst, the individual will drive data analysis strategy, lead complex projects, and mentor a team of analysts, focusing on high-impact initiatives across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, IBP, and Stores to deliver actionable insights that contribute to business success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex business problems using advanced statistical methodologies to provide insights and recommendations
• Design and implement A/B tests and analytical models to measure the impact of strategic changes and support reporting needs
• Mentor a team of analysts, enhancing their technical skills and guiding them in analytical techniques

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a hands-on Data Analyst or Analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Proven experience leading complex analytical projects in an agile environment
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying complex databases
• Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R
