Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and analytics delivery, translating business strategies into reporting solutions
• Manage the intake and prioritization of analytics requests, balancing competing demands and setting clear expectations
• Coach and mentor analysts while driving analytical best practices and maintaining documentation across the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience
• 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data strategy roles
• Proficiency in BI and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI, along with SQL
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives with limited oversight
• Experience creating functional and technical specification documents
