Job Summary

Leading a team of Data Analysts, the full-time salaried Lead Data Analyst will manage the analytics layer of the Data Platform, ensuring accurate and actionable insights while working remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce analytical standards across reporting, dashboards, and data models
• Design and maintain enterprise semantic models used across Power BI, ensuring scalability and alignment with business definitions
• Own the Power BI environment, including dataset architecture, report quality, and access control

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts
• Deep expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX and semantic modeling
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and dimensional modeling
• Experience governing enterprise reporting environments and standards
