Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will manage the reporting infrastructure for various verticals, focusing on performance marketing optimization and data literacy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate insights and standardization across dashboards
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses that drive decision-making
• Educate stakeholders on data usage and improve overall data literacy within the organization

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
