Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

To drive impactful decision-making, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will manage the reporting infrastructure for various verticals, utilizing advanced SQL and LookML skills while collaborating closely with business teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to improve data consumption across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context with data insights to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to support data-driven decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau)
• Proven ability to manage reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of complex, unstructured data and its business implications
• Demonstrated curiosity and depth of business knowledge to act as a trusted analytical partner
