Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product decision-making, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will support project-based work, utilize BI tools for data visualization, and guide junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver descriptive and diagnostic analysis to evaluate performance and make tactical recommendations
• Design dashboards to monitor KPIs and ensure metrics align with business strategy
• Lead team discussions and collaborate with both technical and non-technical members to solve business problems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field plus four years of experience in a data analysis role
• Experience designing dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics through Business Intelligence tools
• Proficiency in relational database modeling and building reporting layers within BI tooling
• Experience with Postgres and SQL databases, including QA on complex SQL queries
• Statistical programming experience with R or Python, along with knowledge of A/B testing and product analytics
