Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and analytically driven, the full-time remote Lead Data Analyst will utilize business information to define metrics, KPIs, and analytical models, focusing on operational and clinical insights to enhance performance and support decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and improve key metrics for tracking operational and clinical performance
• Utilize data analysis and modeling to propose actionable solutions for enhancing business and clinical efficacy
• Serve as a subject matter expert, converting information into operational and clinical metrics while ensuring effective communication of insights to business users and leaders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Analytics or a related field
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in data and analytics
• At least three years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with provider and/or payer operations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, with hands-on experience in healthcare datasets
• Experience with claims data and operational KPIs, particularly in Health Plan analytics, is preferred
