Job Summary
Leading data initiatives within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Customer Expansion organization, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will shape customer data governance and matching processes, partnering with business and technology teams to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize probabilistic matching logic to improve customer recognition and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in data quality and reporting capabilities
- Support the onboarding of new products and data sources while modernizing dashboards and insights
Required qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with seven years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with five years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and SQL, with experience in analytics languages such as Python, R, or SAS
- Experience in building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience working with customer or enterprise data
