Lead Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Clients Monetization Data Science & Analytics team, the contract Lead Data Analyst will independently solve complex business problems, lead analytics projects, and build production SQL pipelines while working remotely and overlapping with US Pacific business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering leaders on monetization and revenue analytics
- Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from business question through data model, pipeline, analysis, and dashboard
- Build and optimize production SQL pipelines and design Airflow DAGs, data models, and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years in Data Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, or related roles
- 3+ years at a Senior level or above in high-scale tech, ads-tech, marketplace, fintech, or digital media
- Expert SQL and strong experience with modern data platforms such as Presto, Trino, or Snowflake
- Advanced Airflow or equivalent orchestration experience
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark and strong Tableau/Superset experience
