Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing extensive datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will work remotely to extract insights from healthcare data, develop solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and assess business impacts
• Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts and reports while leading enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 5+ years in IT
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred, with knowledge of SQL and programmatic coding languages like Python and R
• Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques, including trend analysis and root-cause analysis
• Experience with modern business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI, is preferred
