Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

As the Lead Data Analyst in a hybrid remote role, the candidate will manage analytics for the My Local Social program, overseeing reporting, data quality, and stakeholder coordination while influencing measurement standards across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for My Local Social, coordinating measurement decisions and priorities across teams
• Own the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency while setting standards for MLS data reporting
• Lead the definition of success criteria for new features and pilots, analyzing adoption and engagement to optimize product performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data and analytics, including product analytics and client-facing reporting
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries and data manipulation
• Hands-on experience with dashboard tools like Power BI or similar
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and experience with experimentation and measurement techniques
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
