Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Data Analyst - CX Strategy will manage end-to-end customer experience analytics, design and optimize listening programs, and deliver actionable insights to improve customer journeys.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and analyze CX and journey analytics across key member and client experiences
  • Design and implement transactional surveys and digital intercepts within CX platforms
  • Deliver recurring CX reporting, including KPI trends and actionable business insights
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data, Technology, Business, or related field
  • 4-7+ years of experience in CX analytics, product analytics, and customer insights
  • Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar CX/VoC platforms
  • Advanced experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Databricks
  • Proven ability to connect customer experience signals to measurable business outcomes
