Lead Data Analyst, Medicare Stars
Job Summary
To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time Lead Data Analyst, Medicare Stars will independently manage complex analyses, develop member outreach strategies, and create reporting solutions, primarily focusing on improving Medicare Star Ratings and provider performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute complex analyses to support Medicare Stars and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop member-level targeting lists and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs
- Create and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, data science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data analysis
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries and large datasets
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI
- Knowledge of healthcare claims and clinical data analysis
