Lead Data Analyst - Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data & Insights Analyst - Operations (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to various operational leaders and translate complex data into actionable insights
• Design and execute complex analytical work, including variance analysis and in-store experiments
• Assist in mentoring and coaching analysts on analytical best practices and inventory measurement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts or Related Field
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, with 2-4 years in retail, merchant operations, inventory, or supply chain
• Advanced SQL; proficiency in R and/or Python, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
• Experience with inventory accuracy analytics, shrink measurement, and RFID technology
• Exceptional ability to translate analysis into clear narratives and influence senior leaders
