Job Summary
Partnering with business and product teams, the full-time remote Lead Data Analytics Analyst will design and develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics capabilities while managing complex SQL queries and data integration from various sources.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Lead the development of new reporting and analytics for products and business areas lacking established processes
- Own analytical initiatives from requirements discovery through development and delivery, ensuring effective stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Typically 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing queries against large datasets
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across business and technology teams
