Job Summary

Leading data architecture and analytics initiatives, the full-time Lead Data Architect will design and implement advanced data solutions in a hybrid work environment, supporting the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization project for the U.S. Census Bureau.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and architect major data and analytics initiatives aligned with program objectives
• Build and maintain complex data pipelines and integration workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission needs into scalable data solutions

Required qualifications:

• 10-14 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or advanced analytics
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale data initiatives in complex environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and modern data ecosystems
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Strong background in data integration and pipeline development
