Lead Data Architect
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Lead Data Architect will manage complex analyses, guide a team through technical challenges, and write advanced SQL against large datasets while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-stakes analyses, statistical modeling, and multi-source data investigations
- Guide the team on technical problems, including query optimization and data modeling challenges
- Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with complex, high-volume datasets
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts on technically difficult work
- Expert-level SQL proficiency, including window functions and query optimization
- Experience with cloud data warehouse/lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Solid grounding in statistical methods, including experimentation design and hypothesis testing
