Lead Data Developer

Job Summary

To support the advancement of data solutions in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Lead Data Developer will design and implement enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial outcomes while acting as a technical owner and delivery lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for initiatives, accountable for architecture, design quality, and delivery outcomes
• Design and implement scalable hybrid and cloud-first data architectures, leading the transformation of on-premises platforms to cloud solutions
• Architect and develop enterprise data pipelines and platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or related disciplines
• Proven experience serving as a technical lead for complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML capabilities in data platforms or products
• Experience supporting or leading cloud transformation initiatives and implementing data security controls for regulated environments
