Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Lead Data Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and operate data infrastructure to support analytics, CRM, marketing, and machine learning initiatives while ensuring data quality and compliance across clinical trial engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design event-driven data models and tables to effectively capture and store data from various sources
• Orchestrate data integration strategies for advanced analytics, ensuring a unified view for sophisticated analyses
• Co-develop Acclinate's long-term data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and creating a roadmap for implementation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production data pipelines, with at least 2 years owning a data platform end to end
• Demonstrated ownership of a cloud data warehouse in production, preferably BigQuery
• Experience handling regulated health data (HIPAA/PHI) or comparable regulated data
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
