Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate data pipelines and data warehouses, primarily using Snowflake
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Evaluate and recommend best practices for data architecture and ensure data quality throughout the data lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert-level Snowflake design and implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with other data warehouse technologies such as Databricks and Redshift
• 5+ years of AWS experience, including S3 and managed database services
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• 10 years of experience working with relational databases and CI/CD pipelines
