Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer, (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer data platforms for integrations and data governance tooling, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor platform performance and availability, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data platforms and services meet current and future needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in leading data engineering and implementing scalable ETL/ELT solutions
• Hands-on experience with application development, relational database layout, and data modeling
• Demonstrable expertise in data platforms, application lifecycle management, and operational support requirements
• Experience applying Agile, DevOps, or SAFe principles to large-scale data engineering initiatives
