Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer - Snowflake (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and scale data infrastructure, focusing on automation, reliability, and performance
Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and manage Snowflake environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data product requirements and ensure compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
8 years of experience in leading data engineering and implementing ETL/ELT solutions
Hands-on experience with application development and relational database design
Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Python)
Understanding of data exchange formats and movement concepts
