Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to own and develop its data engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale data infrastructure pipelines and warehousing
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality data for business intelligence and operational needs
• Establish data governance and compliance practices while preparing the platform for future scaling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with increasing scope and ownership
• Strong background with AWS services (RDS, Redshift, S3) and Python
• Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models
• Proficient in SQL and warehousing concepts
• Experience in high-growth startup environments, particularly in fintech or regulated domains is a plus
