Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and scale data platforms for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, cloud-based data platforms and pipelines
• Architect, build, and optimize batch and event-driven data workflows in AWS
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and governance across systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake
• Proven experience building and operating data pipelines in AWS-based environments
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt
