Lead Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to define business requirements and create scalable data solutions
- Design, build, and deploy data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines primarily in Google Cloud and BigQuery
- Lead data projects and ensure data integrity and accessibility across products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and ETL/ELT pipeline development
- Strong experience with data modeling and schema design
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and data warehouse platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake
