Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to drive the development of solution architecture and data pipeline connectors for healthcare data integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of data pipeline connectors between client data platforms and analytic health solutions
• Improve design and documentation processes for data pipelines and identify high leverage improvement projects
• Contribute to multiple implementations and support peer code reviews and sprint planning

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience or a graduate-level degree
• Proficiency in SQL (5+ years), Python (3+ years), and Spark (4+ years)
• Experience in database architecture (2-3 years) and cloud architecture (1-2 years)
• Familiarity with healthcare data (2-4 years) and healthcare analytics (1-3 years)
• Experience with AWS (S3 and EC2), Nifi, Kafka, and Java is preferred
