• Own the technical architecture and engineering standards for the data platform, focusing on Databricks in Azure
• Design, develop, and operate scalable data pipelines while establishing best practices for data quality and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or platform engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or mentoring capacity
• Deep expertise with Databricks and Azure data services
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience designing production-grade data pipelines at scale
