Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data structures to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver key metrics and improve data infrastructure and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of technology experience with databases such as Amazon RDS, Microsoft SQL Server, or Snowflake
• Strong experience with SQL development and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a strong plus
