Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of scalable technology solutions, the full-time Lead Data Engineer will design, build, test, and maintain systems while working remotely and collaborating with business partners to meet their data-related needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable technology solutions to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and drive improvements in reporting and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Experience with large-scale health insurance systems and Medicaid regulatory financial reporting
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining Teradata and Greenplum ETL processes and databases
• Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
