Lead Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Guiding and advancing the organization's enterprise data governance program, the full-time Lead Data Governance Analyst will provide strategic leadership, ensure data integrity and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Establish and mature governance models, including data ownership and accountability frameworks
• Oversee enterprise data quality programs and drive organizational adoption of governance practices through effective communication and training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence
• Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks and healthcare data ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Alation or Collibra
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like SQL and Power BI
