Lead Data Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Lead Data Informatics Analyst will manage program performance and data analytics, focusing on improving business processes through tools, automation, and stakeholder collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise program management tools, ensuring user access, data management, and compliance controls
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in program cost and schedule baselines, performance analysis, and advanced scheduling techniques
• Lead training and mentoring initiatives for staff in Earned Value Management and program control tools

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in program controls, program performance management, or data analytics
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) in DoD programs
• Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and Deltek Cobra
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Excel automation (VBA)
