Lead Data Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data storage systems and processes for high traffic, business critical internet site communications and cloud product systems
• Implement Kafka clusters and troubleshoot performance and data issues
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery procedures, and Redis Clusters

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field plus 4 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related experience
• 4 years of experience with Kafka or related message infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of Kafka functionality and features
• Experience with distributed workloads in Kubernetes
• Experience with NoSQL in-memory cache systems such as Redis
