Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evolve data models and schemas in Postgres for product and analytical use cases
• Lead the design and migration to improved data models, ensuring data quality and usability
• Mentor engineers and enhance architecture and data modeling standards across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Backend or Data Platform Engineering
• 3+ years of experience writing production-level SQL and backend code
• Recent expertise in Python as a primary programming language
• Experience with data modeling concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Cloudwatch
