Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data & BI Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic insight generation and build predictive models across various departments
• Define and implement data science processes and mentor junior team members
• Manage analytics projects from inception to delivery and establish a data science center of excellence

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of overall work experience, with 7+ years in data science and statistical analysis
• Strong experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, R, Python, and SQL
• Experience applying data science in areas like marketing, manufacturing, and sales
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others, with a high degree of creativity expected
