Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist (PhD) - Intelligent Forecast Application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of the Intelligent Forecast Application, defining capabilities and integration points
• Develop a strategic roadmap for forecasting capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation using AI/ML techniques
• Design, develop, and validate accurate forecasting models using advanced techniques and manage forecasts across various product hierarchies

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role focused on advanced forecasting solutions
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or R, and strong proficiency in SQL
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks and forecasting libraries
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers for data science and ML deployments
