Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist in the AdTech/RTB field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of machine learning algorithms for ad platform data and driving data
• Analyze large datasets using distributed computing frameworks and identify opportunities for new machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for model handoff and productionization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's/PhD with 4+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning
• 2+ years of experience in developing data science solutions in digital advertising
• Proven expertise in building and deploying advanced machine learning models
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark or equivalent big data tools
• Proficiency with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
