Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data science, AI, and ML capabilities for a digital health platform
• Develop federated data management systems to enhance scalability and patient data control
• Create predictive models and AI-based tools to improve patient engagement and care management

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data management systems and applying statistical methods to real-world problems
• 2+ years of experience in developing data science, analytics, and AI/ML solutions
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Experience with Python, R, or similar languages, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
