Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms for business document automation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions
• Supervise and mentor junior data scientists while monitoring the performance of deployed AI solutions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4 years of related experience in data science or machine learning
• 24 months of experience analyzing large datasets and automating business processes
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as numpy, pandas, and pytorch
• Experience in fine-tuning transformer-based language models for financial document processing
