Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop models that provide value for users based on customer and business insights
• Generate insights to enhance product offerings and promote data-driven decision-making
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish MLOps foundations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Data Science and Machine Learning experience
• At least 5 years of experience using Python for machine learning
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• Experience developing/fine-tuning models via Sagemaker, Bedrock, and/or Vertex AI
• Interest in financial products and AI-augmented user experiences
