Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their AI Strategy and Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the technical AI strategy and product development
• Develop notebook-based and agentic solutions using AI models and APIs
• Design and implement Machine Learning algorithms for energy applications

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience developing Machine Learning/AI-based systems in an agile environment
• A minimum of 10-12 years of technical experience in data and/or engineering
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields
• Practical experience with Applied Machine Learning techniques and fluency with Python or R, SQL, and Java or JavaScript
• Strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics
