Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect goal setting and decomposition mechanisms for autonomous agents
• Design and implement dynamic planning systems and self-refinement loops
• Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure agent alignment with human intent

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in research/ML engineering or applied research
• At least 2 years of experience leading AI/ML system development
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced data analysis tools
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks and high-performance ML systems
