Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to develop and apply advanced data science solutions for its pet insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for pricing, risk, customer, and operational decision-making
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze customer behavior and marketing performance
• Mentor data scientists and collaborate with teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science or advanced analytics experience with a BS/MS, or 4+ years with a PhD in a quantitative field
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with large-scale datasets, both structured and unstructured
• Familiarity with analytics engineering concepts is a plus
