A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to support healthcare transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives
• Design and validate algorithms for interoperability workflows and clinical informatics systems
• Present analytical outcomes to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, computer science, health informatics, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis or advanced analytics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and predictive modeling in healthcare or federal health IT environments
• Demonstrated expertise in interoperability standards and clinical terminology
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
