Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to develop data-driven clinical decision support tools through predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and clinicians to support data strategy and execution for clinical projects
• Lead the data science team in developing algorithms for real-time monitoring and decision support tools
• Plan and manage clinical decision support projects, including optimization and maintenance of predictive models

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, including developing statistical and machine learning models
• 3+ years of experience with decision trees
• Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience leading a technical team
