Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist responsible for leading research and analysis to enhance products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of research focused on residency selection and evaluation of selection tools
• Provide strategic direction for data management processes and oversee data extraction and integration
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field; preferred in industrial-organizational psychology or data science
• 8-10 years of related work experience with 1-3 years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on research experience in selection or educational measurement with a track record of high-quality applied research
• Experience in managing complex research projects and aligning research objectives with organizational goals
• Expert-level knowledge of personnel selection science and advanced statistical techniques
