Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading advanced machine learning initiatives, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will design and develop predictive models and analytics solutions for supply chain and manufacturing operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of machine learning solutions to support supply chain decision-making and operational improvements
• Design and operationalize analytics workflows using Databricks and other AI frameworks to enhance data processing and decision latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into structured ML and AI approaches, producing insights through visualizations and storytelling

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and operational business applications
• Proficiency in Databricks (Python, SQL, PySpark) and experience with multi-agent system design
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into ML/AI solutions and communicate findings effectively
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform tools
