Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive data-driven strategies across enterprise business applications, the full-time remote Lead Data Scientist will develop and deploy AI-driven insights and predictive analytics while mentoring other data scientists and collaborating with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics to enhance business functions such as Sales and Marketing
• Mentor and develop data scientists, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team
• Partner with business leaders to define priorities and align analytics initiatives with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, and AI
• Expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and machine learning
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based Data Lake solutions
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to executive leadership and business stakeholders
