Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

As a founding team member, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will conduct in-depth analyses to shape product growth strategies and enhance experimentation culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to inform product-led growth and B2B strategies
• Develop insights to drive user activation, engagement, and monetization
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on experiment design and analysis

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in a growth function
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
• Experience in a fast-growing start-up is a plus
